I have been in the printing business my whole life, as I come from a family of printers.
I joined OSP while in college. Twenty years later, I am happy to say this is still a great place to work.
I love the “never say no” attitude at OSP. It’s not a matter of “can we?” — it’s a matter of “how are we going to meet the clients’ needs?”
While some shy away from change, OSP embraces it as a way to continue to improve. My own personal history at OSP shows this attitude toward change: I started out as an estimator and sales assistant, and picked up some job planning skills along the way. After 16 years on the inside, I moved to outside sales.
A lot of companies say the customer comes first. OSP not only says this, but shows this belief on a daily basis by our attitude and our actions.
